“How long is forever? Sometimes, just one second.” Alice in Wonderland.

I fell in love with this quote because sometimes this “just one second” can mean the most crucial decision of our life. When I was planning this image, how can I transmit the importance of time and the importance of one single second?

This image took me a lot of time, and writing this statement took me even longer. I did not know how to explain why it has been so hard to make decisions that help me grow and make me happy. I want to help others hurry their choices and follow their hearts.

I decided to represent time with melted clocks because I feel my soul melt when I have made an important decision. Part of the risk is making a mistake, but it will be a happy mistake, an important mistake, and our mistake.

Why is she so worried? Because she doesn’t know if she will be OK or not.

Why are the clocks old and dirty? Because making a decision can take us several years, and our time becomes an eternity.
